- Bouquet of Baby Greens: Baby Waimea greens with Japanese cucumber, beet, carrot, and green papaya confetti.
- Hamakua Grassfed Eye of Rib: seared with natural jus.
- Seared Island Catch (GF): Kamuela tomato basil confit.
- Vegetarian Strudel: spinach, roasted peppers, potato, mushrooms, white cheddar, and Kamuela tomato compote.
