How It Works
1. Choose your meal from our website www.HawaiiChef.org or send us an email with your ideas for the perfect cuisine.
2. You can also give us a call if you want a more personalized menu.
3. When you email us, please tell us your location for full service, ideal dinner time, and guest count.
4. We look forward to connecting with you.
Kitchen Facilities
Kitchen facilities with a stove are required for all events. If no kitchen is available and a remote kitchen needs to be created, charges will be added to the event invoice.
Rental Equipment | Dishware, Flatware
We do not provide china-wares, tables, dishware, flatware, etc. We would be happy to provide a company that will work with you to provide the needed complete range of rental supplies you may need.
Service Staff or On-Site Chef
Price does not include Service Staff or On-Site Chef. For one server and one chef, the Price is $100 an hour for both.
A minimum charge of approximately 3 hours will be allocated. We can secure staff for events as large as 100 guests.
How to Secure Your Date
Deposit
We require a deposit of 50% of the estimated contract cost 21 days prior to the event.
Guest Count
We require a final guest count 10 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Polices
Once you have scheduled a date, cancellations or rescheduling made more than 10 days prior to your experience will incur forfeiture of 50% of the cost of your event.
Cancellations made within 10 days of your event will result in the loss of the deposit, and no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.
Service & Gratuity
There will be an eighteen percent (18%) gratuity added for all services less than 50 people. For events of 51 or large, there will be a fifteen percent (15%) gratuity charge.

Final Bill Terms
Bills not paid in full by the last day of the event are deemed overdue and will be assessed a 1.5% interest charge, equivalent to 18% annually, further, if the patron fails to pay in a timely fashion and legal action is taken to recover the unpaid portion of the bill. The patron is responsible for the caterer’s cost of legal action including fees and attorney’s fees in Hawaii County, HI, USA.
